The Azerbaijani company “Sab”, which is engaged in manufacturing of meat and dairy products, has launched a new production line for production of chicken chips, Rovshan Abdullayev, marketing manager of the company, told Trend.
He said that the primary volumes of new products are small, and 30 kilograms of chicken meat are used daily for the production of chips.
“This product is considered exclusive, since this is a new direction in production and is sold only in Duty Free, but in the future we plan to increase production volumes and establish their exports,” said Abdullayev.
The manager added that the company exports sausage and dairy products to Russia, Georgia and Turkey.
“We plan to expand the geography of exports, and we are in talks with potential partners in the CIS space,” said Abdullayev. “At the moment, Arab countries are also interested in our products, so we consider them as potential partners.”
The company “Sab” periodically holds an “Open Door Day” for representatives of the public, students, chefs and media, he noted.
“It is necessary for our customers to see firsthand that we provide Halal products made in accordance with Islamic laws and international standards,” he added. “The company produces 60 types of meat and 50 types of dairy products.”
The company’s production plant is located in Khirdalan settlement near Baku.
