PMD Group, a company specializing in asset management, real estate investment and facility management, is currently reconstructing a large facility in Baku, Head of the business expansion department of PMD Group Kamil Aliyev told Trend.
Aliyev noted that the company has begun reconstruction work on the Nizami Plaza, located in the Yasamal district of Baku.
"It is a large-scale reconstruction of an office-type multi-storey building into a housing estate. Currently, primary work has been completed, and the deadline for the completion of the project is scheduled for the end of 2020," he said.
Besides, the company is completing minor construction work at several facilities in Baku.
"We plan to complete all work related to the construction and reconstruction of small facilities located in Baku by the end of 2019," he added.
