Atena, a large Azerbaijan’s dairy producer, will begin exporting its products to Kazakhstan in January 2020, the company's Marketing Manager Orkhan Aliyev told Trend.
"The negotiation process is at the final stage. Details of upcoming deliveries including export volumes and the product range are currently being discussed alongside financial issues. Two cheese varieties, as well as small volumes of other dairy products are planned to be exported. Various product samples will be shipped in small volumes in November 2019," Aliyev said.
The manager noted that in parallel, the company is developing a mechanism to initiate exports to the Arab countries, and the situation is becoming more certain.
Atena's production facilities are located in Azerbaijan's Aghjabadi district.
The company has its own farm.
