Iran's Fars Province supports housing investors and builders to improve the industry, said Fars Province Governor.
"The policy will facilitate various fields include tax, bank interest rate, price of land and construction material, purchasing power and paperwork," said Enayat Rahimi Trend reports citing IRNA.
"The government has implemented plans to restore the old construction sites," Rahimi added.
"One of the problems is the unreal prices for construction materials and land plants, and this has created obstacles for major part of Mehr Housing projects; in addition, the infrastructures faces high costs," the governor noted.
"The location for implementing the housing plan is important, hence the necessary infrastructures will not face budget problems. The location scouting should be done in a way that is compatible with the supply and demand," Rahimi said.
