Trading at Uzbek Commodity Exchange decreases

Deals for 868.9 billion soums ($89.8 million) were concluded at the Uzbek commodity exchange for the period from March 30 through April 5, Trend reports citing the UzEx.

In particular, from March 16 through March 22, there was more than one trillion soum ($103.3 million) worth of deals made.

The total amount of deals with the participation of small businesses and private entrepreneurship for the past week was 300.6 billion soum ($31.1 million), while in March it was 438.9 billion soum ($45.3 million).

The volume of exchange trading decreased from 811.6 billion soum to 784.4 billion soum (from $83.8 million to $81.1 million). The volume of currency trading platform grew from $0.5 million to $1.4 million.

The volume of exhibition and fair trade decreased from 117 billion soum to 37.9 billion soum ($12.1 million to $3.9 million).

The volume of trade with car license plates decreased several times - from 851 to 244. The total amount decreased from 4.4 billion soum to 1.7 billion soum ($454,825 to $175,728).
