Thirty-three heads of thoroughbred cattle were brought to the Volida livestock complex located in Ferghana district of Uzbekistan’s Ferghana region thanks to Ukraine’s bank loan, Trend reports referring to uzreport.news agency.
Moreover, contracts worth 151,800 euros have been drawn up for the supply of 165 heads of thoroughbred cattle from Estonia and 64 heads of thoroughbred cattle from Germany.
The complex is designed to feed 3,000 heads of thoroughbred cattle. Currently, 680 heads of thoroughbred cattle are fed there.
The complex, which was included in the state livestock development program, concluded an agreement on the supply of 262 heads of thoroughbred cattle.
Thirty additional new jobs are planned to be created in the complex. The milk obtained in the complex is also processed and supplied to the markets for the production of confectionery.
