TEHRAN,Iran, July 4

Trend:

Iranian government continues to implement constructive plans that are related to increasing the production across the country and keep the markets under control, said Chief of Staff of Presidential Office Mahmoud Vaezi, Trend reports citing IRNA.

He said the government hopes to use its administrative capabilities to improve the production across the country in the current Iranian year (started March 20,2020).

"The plans are to achieve the production leap. The government is committed to manage other fields despite difficulties that include domestic and foreign policies, as well as managing the gold coin market, foreign currency, housing and stock markets," he said in an announcement sent to governors of Iran's provinces.

Vaezi pointed out that COVID-19 and the US sanctions make the government's work difficult, but the cabinet follow up upon their responsibilities.

"The government would not stop trying or lose any opportunity until the end of its term in August of 2021," he added.

"Despite the reduce of oil export revenues, the country does not face any food shortage, in the past months projects have been inaugurated and loans and credits were assigned to businesses and individuals that got effected by the coronavirus," he said.

Vaezi also requested the governors in provinces to follow the government plans and submit their reports on implementation of production policies.
