The State Assets Management Agency of Uzbekistan will put up for sale the former administrative building of JSC Uzbekenergo, Trend reports citing the Agency.
The initial price of the integrated building, located in Mirzo-Ulugbek District (Tashkent City), is 85.1 billion soum ($8.3 million).
The investment obligation of the object is to build a modern hotel with a capacity of at least 200 people, a shopping center and entertainment center, reflecting the best examples of urban planning, modern building standards and architectural solutions used in large metropolitan areas.
The winner of the tender must agree the external design and construction project with the Ministry of Construction of Uzbekistan.
The auction will held through a single electronic trading platform E-IJRO AUKSION. The potential bidders must make a deposit of at least five percent of the purchase price of the facility to a special account of Center for the Organization of Electronic Online Auctions.
Along with the relevant documents for participation in the tender, it is also necessary to provide the project implementation concept.
The commission's decision on the results of the tender will be published in mass media within one month from the end of the receipt of applications for participation in the tender.
