Kazakhstan’s ventures operating in Almaty, Akmola and Kostanay region have gained the right to export milk products of their manufacturing to China, Trend reports with reference to Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Agriculture.
Thus, a total of three more Kazakh companies were included in the list of companies allowed to export their goods to China. These are Gormolzavod plant (Akmola region), Daulet-Beket company (Almaty region) and Leader-2010 company (Kostanay region).
Earlier this year another three Kazakh companies gained the right for export to China. These are Almaty region’s FoodMaster, Karaganda region’s Eurasia Invest LTD, Turkestan region’s Golden Camel Group LTD.
Thus, currently six Kazakh milk and milk products producing companies have the right to export their goods to China.
The value of trade turnover between Kazakhstan and China amounted to $4.4 billion over first four months of 2020 compared to $4.3 billion during the same period of 2019.
Kazakhstan’s export to China amounted to $2.9 billion over the period from January through April 2020 compared to $2.6 billion during the same period of 2019.
In turn, Kazakhstan’s import from China amounted to $1.4 billion over the reporting period compared to $1.7 billion during the same period of 2019.
