Data on cotton yarn sales on Turkmenistan’s exchange in November

Cotton yarn was sold on the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan in both Turkmen manat and foreign currency, Trend reports with reference to the exchange.

In the first week of November, the cotton yarn was sold to entrepreneurs from Azerbaijan, the US, the UAE, Turkey, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan in foreign exchange, while to the UAE, Turkey, and Afghanistan for Turkmen manat.

Meanwhile, in the second week of November cotton yarn was purchased by businessmen from Azerbaijan, Russia, the US, the UAE, Turkey, Uzbekistan in foreign currency, Scotland, UAE, Turkey, and Kazakhstan – in Turkmenistan manat.

As for the third week of November, entrepreneurs from Azerbaijan, Russia, the UAE, Turkey, Pakistan, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan bought cotton yarn in foreign currency, and entrepreneurs from the UAE, Scotland, Turkey, and Pakistan – in Turkmen manat.

Thus, in the course of trading on Turkmenistan’s exchange in the last week of November, businessmen from Azerbaijan, Russia, the UAE, Turkey, Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Kyrgyzstan purchase cotton yarn in foreign currency, and representatives of the UAE, Turkey, Pakistan, and Kazakhstan bought cotton yarn in Turkmen manat.

Cotton yarn was also actively sold on Turkmenistan’s State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange in October.

The state commodity exchange of Turkmenistan was established on July 29, 1994. It is the most important agency of state regulation of export-import operations.
