A large volume of vegetable oil was exported to Turkmenistan from the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) from January through February 2021, Trend reports, citing statistical data of the Eurasian Economic Commission.
The total volume of soybean oil exported to Turkmenistan was 37.1 tons, sunflower oil - 2,438 tons.
The total amount of soybean oil exported to Turkmenistan was worth $36,436, sunflower oil - worth $3.2 million.
Soybean oil was exported from Belarus, while sunflower oil was exported from Belarus and Russia.
Thus, the share of Belarus in the total export of sunflower oil to Turkmenistan is $86,113, and Russia - $3.1 million.
From January through November 2020 a large volume of vegetable oil was exported to Turkmenistan from EAEU.
The total volume of olive oil exported to Turkmenistan stood at 2.7 tons, palm oil - 413.9 tons, sunflower oil - 31.585 tons.
