Iran reaches grow in exports to Kyrgyzstan

Iran's exports to Kyrgyzstan increased by 259 percent in terms of value and 341 percent in terms of volume, during the first six months of the current Iranian year (March 21 through September 22, 2021), compared to the same period last Iranian year, the Spokesman for the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA) Rouhollah Latifi said, Trend reports citing the administration.

Latifi said that Iran exported 19,900 tons of goods worth about $32.2 million to Kyrgyzstan in 6 months.

Furthermore, Iran imported 232 tons of goods worth $372,000 tons over six months, the official added.

The spokesman noted that the imports decreased by 67 percent in terms of value and 78 percent in terms of volume, compared to the same period last Iranian year.

As reported, Iran exported 60 million tons of goods worth $21.8 billion during the first six months of the current Iranian year (March 21 through September 22, 2021).

Iran's exports increased by 61 percent in terms of value and 30 percent in terms of volume, compared to the same period last Iranian year.

In addition, Iran imported 19.1 million tons of goods worth $23.1 billion within the mentioned period. Iran's imports increased by 37 percent in terms of value and 15 percent in terms of value, compared to the same period last Iranian year.
