BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 3. As many as 380,000 tons of non-oil products worth over $275 million were exported through the customs of Iran’s Markazi Province, during the first three months of the current Iranian year (March 21 through June 21, 2023), Director General of Markazi Province Customs Office Alireza Sadeghi said, Trend reports.

Sadeghi also said that the non-oil exports via the province’s customs for 3 months increased by 14 percent in value compared to the same period in the last year.

He added that the main exported goods were various hydrocarbons, liquefied gas, iron and steel ingots, glassware, fruit juice, etc. where the mentioned non-oil products were mainly exported to 63 countries, majoring Iraq, Afghanistan, Türkiye, Pakistan, and Russia.

Overall, Iran exported 35.5 million tons of non-oil products worth $12.5 billion within the first three months of the current Iranian year which is a decrease of 8.84 percent in value, while an increase of 24.4 percent in volume compared to the same period last year.
