BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 21. Iran's non-oil exports to Kyrgyzstan grew by 8.57 percent in value and 0.3 percent in volume for the first 10 months of the current Iranian year (March 21, 2023 through January 20, 2024), compared to the same period last year, Trend reports.
As indicated in the data from the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA), Iran exported over 46,800 tons of non-oil goods to Kyrgyzstan in this period, valued at about $63.3 million.
In the corresponding period of the previous Iranian year, Iran's non-oil export to Kyrgyzstan was around 46,700 tons worth approximately $58.3 million.
The main export items were petrochemical products, agricultural and industrial products, and so on.
Within the 10th month alone (December 22, 2023 through January 20, 2024), Iran exported 4,700 tons of non-oil goods worth $5.62 million to Kyrgyzstan.
The IRICA’s latest data shows that Iran’s total non-oil exports for 10 months were 113 million tons worth $40.5 billion, representing an 11 percent decline in value and a 9.4 percent growth in volume compared to the same period last Iranian year.
