The Azerbaijani-Turkish business forum is planned to be held in autumn 2005. This event is supposed to be organized in September-October, Alihusseyn Shaliyev, the head of the Secretariat of the Entrepreneurs’ Council under the President’s Apparat, told Trend.
The initiator of the event is Turkey. “During his visit to Turkey Farhad Aliyev, the Minister of Economic Development, received a proposal on holding of the Azerbaijani-Turkish business forum in Azerbaijan in September-October. The project on organization of the event is underway,” Shaliyev added.
Aliyev remained in Istanbul from 5 to 7 July. The key objective of the visit was to participate at the 8th Eurasian Economic Summit, as well at the 3rd Meeting of the Ministers of Economic and Trade Sectors of the Economic Cooperation Organization.
