By indicating the budget oil price as $40 there will be no need for transfers of the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAR) to the state budget. In case of indicating such a level of the price the demand of the Finance Ministry in transfers will come off, the SOFAR executive director Samir Sharifov told Trend.
"We are to make transfers in the amount of 750 billion manats in the current year, and the Finance Ministry has already given us 325 billion manats. Taking into account various risks our expenses will be indicated in the amount of some $200-300 million. However, I think, the next year, no transfers to the state budget will be required at all”, Sharifov noted.
