Vessels of Caspian Marine Line of Azerbaijan (Caspar) are going to sail to Black Sea along Russias internal waterways from Caspian Sea and back again in May. This process is scheduled but it also depends on availability of cargo to transport, Caspar officials told Trend.
This year Caspar is receiving 25 authorizations from Russia to sail in the RF territorial waters. This number is quite sufficient, the company officials say. Earlier Azerbaijan had problems with sailing through Volga-Baltic and Volga-Don channels, but the problem has been solved to date.
Alongside, the government officials say, the conversations will be held to conclude a long-term agreement on sailing in Russian territorial waters.
