The new rules for the privatization of the state property have been prepared and already submitted to the government of Azerbaijan, Karam Hasanov, head of the State Committee for Management of State Property, told, Trend reports. The selection of the company will be realized on base of competition.
According to Hasanov, the assessment of the state property will be made ob base of market prices. This issue has been reflected in the project, he told.
This project will say how many the cost of the state share might increase earlier. But the prices will be brought into conformity with the market costs. It will depend on the location of the property and other factors defined in the project, Hasanov told. After adoption of the rules, the assessment of the state property will be made according to them.
