During preparing the law On Cadastre, we were using the corresponding laws of Turkey, Germany, Latvia, Moldova, and Ukraine. We have used the existing experience, translated the legislation of the above-mentioned countries into Azerbaijani, and those moments that are correspond to us, we have included to our draft. The Azerbaijani law is not behind the laws of other countries, pointed out Mr. Garashev.

According to him, at present, there is a necessity in the preparation and adoption of the law on joint ownership (condominium), in spite of the fact that this law is regulated by several other laws of the country.
