IBA-Moscow LLC Received 300m. RR Syndicated Credit

International Bank of Azerbaijan Moscow (IBA-Moscow) has signed a credit agreement on receiving a syndicated credit. The leading organizers on the credit are Raiffeisenbank Austria, Raiffeisen Centralbank Osterreich AG, and CJSC GazPromBank, Gas Industry Joint-Stock Bank. The sum of the credit is 300 m. RR (Russian Rouble), Trend reports referring g to a message spread by Raiffeisenbank Austria today.

According to the credit agreement, the credit period considered for 12 months may be prolonged to additional 12 months (on the creditors` credit only). The interest rate is MosPrime + 3 percent per annum. The guarantee of IBA JSC is the ensuring of the credit.

Raiffesenbank Austria takes the 8th place among Russia`s largest banks on the amount of assets as results of the second quarter of 2006. AT present, the bank has its 19 offices in Moscow, 5 in Saint Petersburg, regional branches in Yekaterinburg, Samara, Novosibirsk, Chelyabinsk, Nizhniy Novgorod, Krasnodar, and Krasnoyarsk. According to the amount of the corporative credit portfolio, Raiffeisenbank takes the 9th place as results of the second quarter of 2006.
