The Department for the Work with Large Tax Payers and Enterprises with a Particular Tax Regime of the Azerbaijan Taxes Ministry has fulfilled its expected commissions over 9 months of 2006 on 100.2%. The share of these returns to the State Budget out of the total number within the Taxes Ministry has made up 88.9%, a source in the Ministry told Trend today.
In January-September, 2006, 1597.8 millions AZN versus the forecasted 1594 millions AZN were sent to the State Budget by the large tax payers and enterprises of a particular tax regime.
Sakhir Mammadkhanov, Chief of the Department reported about the results of the activity of the department in the last nine months during the today`s meeting. According to him, all the taxes, state duties on other returns, forecasted commissions were fully implemented excepting a tax on natural resources.
Shahin Mustafayev, the first Deputy Taxes Minister, participating in the meeting, marked the role of the department in ensuring tax returns to the State Budget, and gave his recommendations on the fulfillment of the forecast in the next year.
