AgroLeasing OJSC has plans to open new agrotechnical branches in the regions of the country, a source in the Company has told Trend today. The State Agency opened its last branch in Siyazan. The next branch is expected to be opened in Massali District and Absheron District of Azerbaijan, the source in the Company said. Corresponding letter-appeals have been already sent to the Executive Powers of the above-mentioned Azerbaijan regions, which are to determine the areas for the forthcoming branches. Up to date, the number of regional agro technical branches of AgroLeasing (including those in Massali and Siyazan reach 52).
AgroLeasing OJSC was established on October 23, 2004 in accordance with the order of Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev. The activity of the enterprise is aimed at improving the agricultural sphere and maintaining the entrepreneurship in the country by leasing the agricultural machinery to the local farmers and land owners in the country. Presently, the State Agency has more than 40 agricultural machinery technical service branches in the regions.
