Azerbaijan, Baku, 7 July / Trend / The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) reported that in April to June it exported about 92.5mln cu m of gas to Georgia. Some 39.27mln cu m of gas was supplied in May. Gas supply to the country was restored in April.
Some 1.2-1.5mln cu m of gas is supplied to Georgia per day. In 2007, Azerbaijan was supplying SOCAR's gas to Georgia at the price of $120 per 1,000 cu m.
This year the price was expected to increase to $180-$190 per cu m. SOCAR has own gas which it produces from its won fields.
