Kazakhstan, Astana, 7 October / corr. Trend K.Konirova / KazMunaygaz State Kazakh Co. (KMG) intends to expand its participation abroad through purchasing new assets in Turkmenistan, Iran and in Russia,ї Kairgeldi Kabildin, president of the KMG said on 7 October, Trend correspondent reported.
їWe are interested in Turkmenistan. Iran has proposal concerning shelf of the Persian Gulf. Presently, we consider the projects in Russia,ї Kabildin said.
їPurchase of new assets, expansion of our resources at the expense of purchase and absorption are included in strategic plans of the company,ї Kabildin said at a news conference in Almaty on the occasion of opening of CIOGE-2008.
