SOCAR and Dubai's DB Petroleum plan to sign a contract of PSA type to rehabilitate and develop onshore field Buzovna-Mashtaga in May, SOCAR (the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan) said on April 29.
"The contract with DB Petroleum has been prepared and talks completed," SOCAR said.
Polish Oil and Gas Company (POGC) discussed with SOCAR signing of a contract of PSA type to rehabilitate and develop this onshore field several years ago. The sides held several rounds of talks but failed to sign an agreement.
