The program for modernization of the oil refinery in the Romanian port of Constanta by KazMunayGas will be completed in 2011, Daniyar Tiesov, KazMunayGaz Managing Director told Trend .

"The modernization program of plants belonging to the Romanian concern Rompetrol continues under the approved plan. However, because of the world financial crisis they will be completed in 2011 instead of 2010," Daniyar Tiesov said.
