Trading House of SOCAR Energy Ukraine (subsidiary of Azerbaijan’s state oil company SOCAR in Ukraine) won the tender of Ukraine’s Defense Ministry for the supply of 1,500 tons of arctic diesel fuel worth more than $1.75 million, a source in Azerbaijan’s oil and gas market told Trend Feb. 15.
The fuel should be delivered before March 30, according to the source.
