Last week, fifteen transactions have been registered at the auction of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan, the Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange said in a statement.
The representatives of business circles of the UK and Switzerland have purchased lighting kerosene produced at the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries.
In addition, knitted goods, cotton fiber, roots and rhizomes of licorice, Portland cement, and colorless glass sheet have been sold to buyers from Russia, Turkey, UAE, Uzbekistan.
The total amount of transactions amounted to more than $13.193 million.
The enterprises and organizations of all forms of ownership, citizens of Turkmenistan and other states can become participants of exchange trades by purchasing a brokerage place or concluding a service contract with brokers of the exchange.
The main export items are oil products, cotton fiber, products of the domestic textile industry, chemical industry.
