Maleki noted that the 6.5 km pipeline connecting to the 3rd floating system Single Point Mooring (SPM) is one of 6 pipelines.

The official added that if work on the Jask oil terminal continues apace, the second part of the plan will be implemented by September 23, 2021, and Iran's crude oil export potential from this terminal will increase.

As reported, it is planned to install 6 submarine pipelines, crude oil metering systems and 3 floating systems (SPM) at the Jask oil terminal in Iran. In the first stage, 1 metering system, two 36-inch pipelines and one floating system were put into operation on July 23, 2021 for the extraordinary operation of this terminal.
