BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 6. Azerbaijan will start holding auctions on energy projects in accordance with European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) standards, Deputy Minister of Energy of Azerbaijan Elnur Soltanov said on the sidelines of Azerbaijan National Urban Forum, Trend reports.
"The EBRD prepared laws on holding auctions and next year Azerbaijan plans to start holding these auctions in accordance with these standards," he said.
