Prices for Azerbaijan oil continued dropping

The price for AZERI LT CIF on 8 February was $61,37/barrel (lowered for $0,67/barrel against the previous price). Density of Azeri Light is 34,6 degrees by API, sulphur content is 0,14%.

As Trend reports, the price for URAL (EX-NOVO) on 8 February was $54,50/barrel (decreased for $0,53/barrel to the previous price). Density of URAL is 30,4-31,85 degrees by API, sulphur content is up to 1,8%.

The Brent (DTD) price on 8 February was $60,51/barrel (dropped for $0,86/barrel to the previous price). Density of DTD oil is 38,3 degrees by API, sulphur content is 0,36%.

The AZERI LT CIF quotation reflects the price of the Azerbaijan oil with delivery to the Mediterranean ports and shipped by the shareholders of the Azerbaijan International Operating Company (AIOC) at the Georgian terminal in Supsa. The quotation of URAL(EX-NOVO) reflects the price of the oil, shipped at the Russian terminal in Novorossiysk.

As traders operating in the European market told Trend, the rates for the vessel freightage by deadweight of 135,000 tons for transportation of oil and dark oil products from Novorossiysk to Augusta have not changed and remained at the level of ws190 points. Similar rates for vessels by deadweight 80,000 tons were ws170. Such rates today from the Black Sea to Augusta for vessels by deadweight 30,000 tons are ws440. For transportation of oil and light oil products from Novorossiysk to Augusta by vessels of deadweight 30,000 tons the rates lowered and made up ws340.
