Next court hearings on the case of PCH Offshore case will be held on March 15 in the Sabayil Court of Baku, Republican Committee of Trade unions of Oil and Gas Industry Employees in Azerbaijan (RCTUOGIEA) told Trend. Questions regarding plaintiff Vusal Jafarov`s case will be under review.
The committee said that the exact date of the hearings on the second plaintiff, Anar Badalov, who was fired from PCH Offshore, has not yet been defined.
The same day court will hear Davud Gasimov`s appeal, who was fired from Kentech, the sme source added.
Plaintiffs are represented in court by Azer Guliyev, Bos Shelf company lawyer. Restoration at the job is the plaintiffs major demand.
All actions are initiated by the committee, which is also responsible for all the financial matters.
