Azerbaijan’s non-banking credit organization (NBCO) Premier Kredit issued loans to individuals in the amount of 745,000 manats in 2018, which is by one third less than in 2017, Trend reports with reference to the organization’s audited financial report.
Of the total volume of loans, the main share (37.5 percent) accounted for the trade sector, amounting to 1.338 million manats, which is 9 percent less than in the previous year. The volume of loans in the agriculture sector amounted to 851,500 manats (26.5 percent). Other loans to legal entities more than doubled and amounted to 8,867,370 manats.
The volume of loans issued by the organization to individuals decreased by one third and amounted to 492,000 manats compared to 745,000 manats in 2017. Of these, consumer loans amounted to 329,500 manats (a decline of 40 percent).
In total, the company issued loans in the amount of 3.57 million manats in 2018. The change for the year was minus 5.7 percent.
