AtaBank OJSC, a large Azerbaijani bank, has started providing electronic services to entrepreneurs wishing to engage in electronic business and modernize their activities, Trend reports referring to the bank's press service.
Using the e-commerce services of AtaBank, a client can select a preferred product on the bank’s website from anywhere in the world by making an online payment.
Having connected to the e-commerce service, the businessmen involved in online trading will be able to easily accept cashless payments in an online store or mobile app. Thus, the service will play the role of a virtual POS terminal for them.
According to Oruj Ibrahimov, director of AtaBank's business development department, conducting electronic trading will allow entrepreneurs to attract new consumers due to the growing trend of digitalization of commerce in the world.
