Azerbaijan's leading bank Kapital Bank will increase its authorized capital, Trend reports referring to the Electronic Disclosure System of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.
According to the document published in the system, the authorized capital of the company will be increased through the additional issue of preferred shares amounting to 1.614 million manat ($949,411) at a nominal price of 12.39 manat ($7.29) for a total of 20 million manat ($11.7 million) or 8.8 percent.
Thus, the bank's share capital will increase from 225.85 million manat ($132.8 million) to 245.85 million manat ($144.6 million).
Kapital Bank provides services to the population at 101 branches and 14 departments throughout the country and has the widest national network of services.
