BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 21

By Jeila Aliyeva - Trend:

The volume of capital investments in Turkmenistan’s Dashoguz region from all sources of financing amounted to 1,2 billion Turkmen manats (more than $332 million) from January through July 2020, Trend reports with reference to the Turkmenportal information portal.

The biggest part of the investment was directed to the construction of social and cultural facilities.

Due to investments, production facilities were also built.

Thus, in the reporting period, 58.2 million manats ($16.6 million) was invested in the construction of industrial and cultural facilities in the region from all sources of financing, which is 2.2 times more than in the same period of last year.

As reported, four multi-apartment residential buildings will be built with the assistance of Turkmen Sirin ay company in Turkmenistan’s Dashoguz city.

The new buildings are designed for 136 apartments and will be built in the central part of the city based on the developer's equity participation.

The territory adjacent to the houses will be landscaped. In particular, a children's playground, a place for family celebrations, and a parking lot will be built.

The country actively attracts the private sector for the construction of houses, and the involvement of the private sector has led to an increase in the rate of housing construction in the city of Dashoguz.
