BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 18. Kazakhstan’s KazMunayGas National Company (KMG) will allocate 199.9 billion tenge ($446.1 million) of its net profit to pay out dividends for 2021, Trend reports citing the company.

The decision was made during the company meeting within which the financial report for 2021 was approved.

In accordance to the report, company’s net profit amounted to 1.2 trillion tenge ($2.8 billion) in 2021.

Out of this volume, 199.9 billion tenge ($446.1 million) will be allocated to pay out dividends, which is four times more than the volume allocated last year to pay dividends for 2020. The overall dividend payment value amounted to 49.9 billion tenge ($118.2 million) last year.

Thus, the value of dividend per share will be 327.8 tenge ($0.7).

National Company “KazMunayGas” (KMG) is the Kazakhstan operator for exploration, production, refining and transportation of hydrocarbons, representing the state interests in the oil and gas industry of Kazakhstan.
