BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 3. The Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) will hold an auction for the placement of bonds of Azerbaijan's TBC Kredit non-banking credit organization (NBCO) on June 7, Trend reports citing the BSE.
A total of 1,000 bonds with a par value of 1,000 manat ($588.54) each with a circulation period of two years and a yield of 12 percent will be put up for auction.
The placement underwriter is AzFinance Investment Company CJSC.
By the decision of the Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), bonds of Azerbaijan’s TBC Kredit NBCO worth one million manat ($588,589 million) were listed in the standard market segment on June 2, 2022.
