BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 6. Number of money transfers from Kazakhstan to Azerbaijan amounted to 2,400 transactions in the amount of 1.6 billion tenge ($3.7 million) in April 2022, Trend reports citing the Kazakh National Bank.
The share of Azerbaijan in the total number of transactions from Kazakhstan amounted to 1 percent, and in the total amount of transactions made - 1.5 percent.
Number of transactions from Kazakhstan to Azerbaijan, compared to March 2022, increased by 33.3 percent, and amount - by 23.4 percent.
Number of transactions decreased by 20 percent compared to April 2021, and the amount - by 39.02 percent.
Number of money transfers from Kazakhstan abroad amounted to 256,300 transactions in the amount of 103.6 billion tenge ($239.2 million) in April 2022.
