Babayeva / Within the first nine months of 2007, international incoming phone calls via Aztelekom PA in Azerbaijan increased by 59.58mln minutes compared to the same period of 2006 which totalled 224.36mln minutes, according to the Azerbaijani Communications and IT Ministry.
In the aforementioned period outgoing traffic also increased by 22.94mln minutes making up 85.83mln minutes.
