(Mobile) - Now that you've got yourself the Samsung Q1 Ultra Premium, you may have discovered that the performance level isn't quite where you want it to be. Don't you wish it was possible to toss in some more RAM? Well, you can, but the process isn't exactly for the faint of heart. The video below walks you through the somewhat complex process.
As it turns out the RAM slot on the Q1 Ultra Premium is not the same as previous models. Digging around, you'll find that the RAM modules are actually located beneath a motherboard. This means that in addition to hacking the case apart, you'll need to remove some cables and move the motherboard aside. After all of that is done, the actual swapping of RAM is pretty easy.
The total process took the person in the video about 30 minutes to complete and he reminds you that you want to be very careful. The components are pretty fragile and you don't want to end up with one expensive paperweight.
