The Azerbaijani Communications and IT Ministry's Teleradio PA has installed 500W and 800W transmitters in the Astara and Lankaran regions to improve the broadcasting quality of television programs, the ministry reported today.
Teleradio PA has installed 54 different devices to improve television and radio broadcasting in nine months. Fifty-one were designed for radio and television, two for satellite channels and one is an antenna-feeder device.
The Lithuanian Vigintos Elektronika's transmitters are being used to improve broadcasting. The company has both analog devices of varying capacities and digital-ready equipment.
