Bakcell LLC, Azerbaijan’s mobile operator, has provided all subscribers of Klass tariff packages with an option to use WhatsApp for free, the company said in a message Dec. 14.
Meanwhile, for Bakcell customers who subscribed to any Klass tariff package with no monthly payment until September 2017, one minute of calls to all directions inside Azerbaijan will cost 0.08 manats, sending one SMS - 0.06 manats, and one 1MB of Internet traffic - 0.35 manats.
