In September 2019, the share of the Android mobile operating system (OS) in the Azerbaijani mobile operating system market amounted to 86.81 percent, having decreased by 0.3 percentage points for the month, Trend reports referring to Global Stats.
Apple’s iOS operating system ranks second, with its market share having grown by 0.07 percentage points during the reporting period, reaching 11.63 percent.
Windows operating system from Microsoft ranks third, its market share having been slightly reducing by 0.18 percentage points for the month, to 0.49 percent.
The following mobile operating systems are less popular in the country: Series 40 (0.34 percent), Samsung (0.32 percent), Nokia - 0.16 percent, Symbian OS - 0.12 percent, BlackBerry OS - 0.03 percent.
