In November 2019, the number of requests from Azerbaijan’s state agencies related to computer security decreased by nearly 20.5 percent compared to the previous month and amounted to 421 cases, Trend reports referring to the Computer Security Emergency Response Team (CERT) under Azerbaijan’s State Agency for Special Communications and Information Security of the Special State Security Service.
In November 2019, CERT reviewed and addressed 94.5 percent of all requests received during this period.
On the basis of the audit of information security, CERT prepared and sent 23 reports to the relevant structures, which is by 11.5 percent less than in October.
In November 2019, 1 domains and 12 sub-domains were registered in the Azerbaijani segment of the internet.
From January through November 2019, the number of requests from Azerbaijan’s state agencies related to computer security amounted to 3,917. CERT reviewed and addressed 93.4 percent of all requests received during this period.
On the basis of the audit of information security, CERT prepared and sent 238 reports to the relevant structures in the reporting period.
From January through November 2019, 43 domains and 96 sub-domains were registered in the Azerbaijani segment of the internet.
