The Production Association Aztelekom, a part of enterprises of Azerbaijan`s telecommunications and IT Ministry, is about to introduce the system of TAC KART on all the territory of Azerbaijan, Trend reports referring to the Ministry. For the first time this system was put into commission in the Telecommunication Junctions of Guba, Ganja, and in the Network of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of Azerbaijan.
TAC KART is a credit system created as an alternative to the debtor system in the spere of telecommunication. The subscriber carries out the payment for his international and long-distance calls carried out by the debtor system after the service was rendered to him. TAC KART system allows sending the payment to the telephone balance.
To subscribe the system, the subscribers should buy TAC KART cards at the costs of 10.000, 20.000 and 50.000 manats respectively. After that, he dials 124 to learn the balance and with inputting PIN Kod, he puts contours into his balance. Then, the subscriber dials 123 to make a call and waits for a preparatory call from the telephone station, as soon as he has dilled a certain telephone number.
The system was created by Mahammad Mammadov, General Director of Aztelekom PA, and Rasim Aliyev, Chief of the IT Department of the Production Association.
