A source for Telecommunication Ministry said that the Ministry had intentions to implement a pilot project in the Shamakhy Region of the Country, which would fore-see the improvement of computer skills among the youth of the Azerbaijani region at the expense of the Ministry.

If it is successful, the project may include other regions of Azerbaijan. If the project is successfully implemented, then this figure may increase by more than five times.
