Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. S.Babayeva / Azerbaijani State Azermarka enterprise celebrated its 15 anniversary on 14 July. Attending the event Ali Abbasov, the Azerbaijani Communication and Information Technology Minister, Intigam Bagirli, the president of Azermarka and Gambar Beybalayev, the director general of Azerpocht. Bagirli noted that issue of stamps was restored in Azerbaijan in 1992. Azermarka issued about 630 stamps.
Ali Abbasov said during all time of operating the company represented Azerbaijani stamps at international exhibitions in the US, Italy, France and Thailand.
In compliance with decree of the Minister, four members of the company were presented with diploma. The Communication and Information Technology Ministry issued decree on paying AZN 150 award fees to all members of the company. Beginning from 14 July the company will issue new stamps, dedicated to 15 anniversary of founding of Azermarka.
