The local administration of Turkmenistan's Balkan region has announced a tender to select contractors for the construction of a new modern village in Serdar district.
The tender envisages the construction of buildings for police and fire services, a high school, a kindergarten, a clinic, residential buildings, a park and other facilities.
Those willing to participate in the tender should submit an application indicating the full name of the company, legal status, information on official registration in Turkmenistan.
Bids are accepted until Sept. 6, 2019.
