Azerbaijan's Baku State University has announced an open tender to purchase vehicles.
The tender participation fee is 300 manat ($176.4).
Those willing to participate in the tender must submit applications before 15:00 (GMT +4) on Feb. 3, 2020, and tender offers until 15:00 on Feb. 11, 2020.
Opening of tender packages will be held at 15:00 on Feb. 12, 2020.
